PortSwigger offices — Knutsford
An office fit-out in a live building. The package: acoustic media pods with a bespoke fabric-wrapped finish, jumbo stud walls, and temporary hoardings separating the working office from the site.
Scope of work
What the package included
- Media pods — walls of 100 × 50 timber, 12 mm hardwood plywood, 15 mm Soundblock plasterboard and 100 mm Rockwool insulation.
- Pod ceilings — 150 × 50 timber joists with double-layer soundproof plasterboard.
- Jumbo stud walls with Soundblock plasterboard and deflection heads.
- Temporary hoarding walls separating live office areas from the work zone.
