The second Access Creative College site. Everything from the London project — acoustic rooms, classrooms — plus a suspended black 600 × 600 grid ceiling with black mesh tiles and large circular openings for feature lighting.

What the package included
- Acoustic walls, floors and ceilings to the same build-ups as the Whitechapel project.
- Suspended black 600 × 600 grid ceiling with black mesh tiles.
- Circular MDF openings in the grid ceiling, Ø1.8 m and Ø2.4 m, to take feature lighting.
- Tight deadlines with multiple contractors on site — frequent site meetings to resolve clashes promptly.
- Snagging minimised through daily site supervision; handed over on time and within budget.
