What the package included

• Freestanding steel columns encased in double 15 mm Fireline board for fire protection.
• Mass-barrier ceiling — 100 mm insulation, two layers of 12.5 mm Fireline, fire taping — followed by an MF suspended ceiling finished with 12.5 mm standard board and a 3 mm skim.
• Twin walls around the steel structure — double-lined 70 mm studs and tracks with deflection heads (two layers of 15 mm Fireline, fire strip and fire mastic), finished with 12 mm OSB, one layer of Duraline and a 3 mm skim.
• MF suspended ceilings on slopes with British Gypsum Gyptone Quattro 46 boards and skylight detailing, 3 mm skim.
